5-stage RO membrane
Sediment, two carbon stages, RO membrane, post-filter polish — the configuration that handles Hampshire’s hardness without choking the membrane prematurely.
Dedicated drinking tap
Slim chrome or matt-black dispensing tap, or a three-way mixer if you prefer one fixture. Drilled and sealed properly into the worktop.
Storage tank under the sink
~10 litre pressurised tank tucked under the cabinet, so you get drinking water on demand without waiting for the membrane.
Remineralisation cartridge (optional)
Re-adds magnesium and calcium for taste and pH if you prefer it that way. Most customers don't bother — pure RO water tastes clean.

If your water hardness is high — which most of Hampshire's is — we always recommend installing RO downstream of a softener. The softener protects the membrane and extends its life dramatically.
