How the water feels on your hands
Soft water has a noticeable slip — many customers describe it as "silky." Soap actually lathers properly rather than going chalky.
How it pours from the tap
Less aeration noise, fewer suspended micro-bubbles, a slightly different sheen on the surface of a glass of water.
How tea or coffee tastes
We bring a small kettle — you can make a cup at your kitchen and compare it side-by-side with your normal tap water. The metallic note is gone.
How it lathers shampoo
Customers who try washing their hands with shampoo or shower gel during the demo always remark on how much more soap there suddenly is.
